KABUL Cheap Jeff Skinner Jersey , Feb. 7 (Xinhua) -- Two bomb blasts allegedly organized by Taliban militants killed two civilians and injured eight others in northern Saripul and eastern Logar provinces, while security forces killed four militants during operations on Sunday, officials said.
In the latest violent incident which happened in Saripul city, capital of northern Saripul province Sunday afternoon, two civilians were killed, deputy to provincial council Sayed Assadullah Daneshi said.

NEW DELHI, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) -- At least 10 people have been killed and 150 others injured since caste-related violence broke out in the northern Indian state of Haryana, a senior police official said Sunday.
