In this case, if the supplement is Air Max 2016 injected, small means less than 50 mL in a six hour period.Salazar would not comment to me when reached by phone. However, he did send an email in response to questions I posed to clarify his position on the story."L Carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid, especially plentiful in red meat. It is widely available, legal nutritional supplement that is not banned by WADA (World Anti Doping Agency). It can be found in most health food stores and supermarkets."A few of my athletes tried it but found no benefit so they no longer use it."Any use of L Carnitine was done so within WADA guidelines. Anti Doping Agency) in advance and was provided a written document of WADA rules confirming that use was ok."My assistant couch volunteered to test it first to determine if further use was worthwhile."I have read what I can find on the subject. The rules are confusing. But as I read them, the most recent Sunday Times story appears nike air max 2015 men's black and red to have erred by suggesting the Oregon Project might have broken the rules in 2011. Prior to 2012, according the Sunday Times story, injections of any amount would have been against the rules. However, if I am reading the rules correctly, L Carnitine injections of less than 50 mL in a six hour period were within the rules as early Air Max 2016 as 2009.Here is the WADA 2009 prohibited Air Max 2016 Red list. The relevant section is under prohibited methods."Injections with a simple syringe are not prohibited as a method if the injected substance is not prohibited and if the volume does not exceed 50 mL."And there is this from 2010, which contains a WADA document issued in March of that year. Within the document there is a segment under this heading: Other non prohibited alternative treatments. The relevant passage is as follows:"Injections via a syringe are permitted provided the injectedsubstance is not prohibited, the volume does not exceed 50mL, andthe intravenous injections are given at intervals equal to or greaterthan six hours."My science background is nil. So it's possible that I am misreading or overlooking something. If so, I hope somebody reading this enlightens me.But if, or until, that happens, it appears to me, based on all available evidence, that Salazar and the Oregon Project went to great links to stay within the rules.
